Concise Beam

Concise beam is computer program used in the design of different precast elements subjected to bending including hollow core slabs, beams, double tees, inverted tees, and spandrels.

2– Columns

PPC Column

PPC Column Software is an easy to use program for the design precast/prestressed concrete columns based on the ACI 318 Code and the PCI Design Handbook. The program has many features including an interactive section editor, several load input methods, 3D visualization of column elements and reinforcement, automatic envelope straining action calculations, and an organized text report. The software accounts for erection sequence, live load reduction, and column slenderness. It has several loading input tools including special loads such as thermal floor expansion effect and earth pressure. It has also an interactive corbel design tool.

Precast Connection Software

Precast Connection is a software for the design of many of the connections commonly used in precast construction.  This include stud plate, V angles, panel to panel, slab to wall, steel brackets, and knife plates.
